CrossFit  is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of fitness level.

Olympic Weightlifting

Olympic weightlifting classes focus primarily on teaching athletes the clean and jerk, and the snatch.

Power and Strength

Power and Strength classes focus on helping athletes build pure power and strength through the deadlift, squat, press, the clean, and supporting exercises.

New to CrossFit

This is a 4 week program schedule for 3 days a week.  It is designed to give you a solid foundation for you to transition into a regular CrossFit class.
