Weight lifting

CrossFit is our signature class offering. Each hour-long class will incorporate cardiovascular, body-weight, weight lifting, and/or gymnastic training. No matter your personal fitness level, our Coaches will ensure you get a challenging workout while staying safe!

Weight lifting Class is designed for those who are looking for their next challenge on the platform.   The focus of the class is to teach athletes the clean and jerk, and the snatch.

This class provides a great training environment for dedicated athletes who have the desire to compete!

At the CrossFit OTS3, we pride ourselves on personally Coaching everyone that walks through the door and treating them like family.  We specialize in program design including power and Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, athletic training, and mobility.

Our Coaching Staff have the best training available to ensure everyone receives the safest, and most effective workout!

6 week kick start Challenge

The 6 Week Kick Start Challenge is meant to teach everyone the fundamentals of fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle habits. Our program gives you a unique and manageable way to start your health and fitness transformation.   Making incremental changes to your daily habits leads to sustainable results.
